Starting August 25, when you login to TRICARE4U Portal, if you are a DS Logon user, you will be prompted to Create myAuth Account.  

How will it work? To create your myAuth account, you will use your existing DS Logon account. Do not worry! The system will walk you through creating a DS Logon account if you do not have it.

During Setup: Download the Okta Verify application on your smart phone, where you can set up password less authentication for a more secure and seamless sign-in experience.

Optional CAC Login: Once you have myAuth set up, you will also have the option to use your Common Access Card (CAC) to log in if desired.

• Never share your password or personal information in response to unsolicited emails, text messages, or calls.
• Exercise caution when clicking on links or opening attachments in emails. Always verify the legitimacy of the sender and the URL prior to clicking on a link or downloading content. 

DoD, DMDC, and myAuth will NEVER:

• Call you to ask you to respond to a text or for your password.
• Contact you to take control of your computer.
