We are pleased to inform you that Optum (formerly Change Healthcare) Payer Enroll Services (PES) is available for TRICARE For Life ERA and EFT registrations. EFT and ERA enrollment ensures a more secure, and faster way to receive payments from WPS.

Administrator Access - INSTANT ACCESS
To have instant access as an administrator, you will need to self-authorize your access by providing 2 processed claim examples and beneficiary identifiers. The claims must be from within the last 30 days.
Note: Administrators have additional responsibilities.
Standard Access - TIME FOR ACCESS DEPENDS
For Standard access users, those access requests are submitted to the Admin(s) for the facility Tax ID and zip code location, you registered under.
The Admins must approve those pending access requests. These are not done by WPS-MVH. The access approval depends upon your Admin responding to those requests.
* Please Note: If there are no active Administrators or you are the first person registering for access to that location, the portal will automatically make your account be Admin Level.
